Wings of Harper Family Assistance Program
Purpose
The Wings of Harper Foundation was created to bring hope, comfort, and healing to families facing:

We strive to ease both the emotional and financial burdens that accompany these journeys. Every dollar donated goes directly toward helping families in need.
Eligibility Requirements
1. General Criteria
Applicants must:

Be a parent or primary caregiver impacted by NICU, IVF, or pregnancy/infant loss

Be 18 years or older
-
Reside in the United States (priority may be given to Utah residents)

Submit a completed application form with truthful information
-
Agree to all terms, conditions, and policies of the Wings of Harper Assistance Program

2. Program Categories
NICU Support
Eligible if your baby is currently in or recently discharged from the NICU within the past 60 days.
Possible assistance includes:

Gas or meal gift cards
-
Therapy session funding
-
Care or comfort boxes
-
Parking or travel reimbursement
IVF Support
Eligible if you are currently undergoing or preparing for IVF treatment.
Possible assistance includes:

Meal, gas, or pharmacy gift cards
-
Therapy or mental health funding
-
Encouragement boxes or resource support
Angel Baby / Bereavement Support
Eligible if you have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss within the past 60 days.
Possible assistance includes:

Grief therapy or counseling

Memorial keepsake or self-care box
-
Emotional and mental health resources
Documentation Required
To ensure fairness and transparency, applicants may be asked to provide:

NICU admission or discharge documentation
-
IVF treatment confirmation from a licensed clinic
-
Hospital or medical verification of loss
-
Short personal story or statement (optional, for internal use only).
Financial and Timing Details

Families may apply once every 12 months
-
If long-term NICU hospitalization continues beyond 60 days, families may reapply every 3 months for continued assistance

Typical support ranges from $50 – $500 per family
-
Applicants will be notified of approval status within 14 business days of submission

Assistance is subject to available funding, verified need, and review by the Wings of Harper selection team
Fairness & Integrity Policy
To protect the mission and maintain fairness:

Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification

Multiple applications within the restricted time period (without approval) will result in denial
-
Wings of Harper reserves the right to verify information and approve or deny any application at its discretion

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding

If funds are unavailable, applications may be postponed, reduced, or declined

All decisions are final; there is no appeals process

Wings of Harper, its founders, or volunteers are not legally liable for any loss, denial, delay, or perceived discrimination regarding assistance

By applying, you acknowledge that this program is charitable in nature, not a legal entitlement or contract

Stories, names, or photos will only be shared with your written consent.
